We continue to get a lot of questions regarding the energy industry and the effects the local economy is having on the housing market. So far we have not seen anything of significance that is negatively affecting the market.
- Our inventory has stabilized over the last 2 months and currently sits at 350 homes on the market.
- Our pending sales have remained strong as there are currently 121 homes under contract.
- Our absorption rate had no change from our last report at and remains at 4.5 months.
- The average days on market dropped for the 4th straight month and has settled at 110 days.
