Tri Mountain understands and appreciates the time, effort, emotion, and finances that a Buyer places into a brand new home.  This is not simply a house, it is a place where you and your family will spend your time growing and making memories.  That is why we encourage all of our clients to be involved in the construction process.  

Tri Mountain Homes adheres to the most strict construction standards and uses high quality long lasting materials.  Though we do this on a daily basis, we keep it in the forefront of our minds that the average person will only build one new home in their lifetime.   We want that to be a wonderful experience that they can enjoy during and after construction.  We have several regularly scheduled walk throughs throughout the construction process.  We also encourage our clients to ask questions and to contact us whenever they would like to take a closer look as their new home is being built.  

We have all heard the horror stories of new construction nightmares and often times builders and Buyers are not on speaking terms by the time they reach the closing table.  We have identified this problem and work tirelessly as a team to insure that all of our clients are comfortable, involved, and in constant communication at every stage of construction.
